1990's Black & White floral long sleeve plus size dress, buttoning down half way with a V-neckline. 

Tag reads a size 22W  fits a Lg-1x about a size 16 for a looser fit best fits a size 18 up to a size 20.

*It does have some color fadding but i doesnt take away from the piece.
